10 Point Home Marketing Plan
I. All homes to be viewed by fellow associates of ERA Dawson Bradford for purposes of reviewing pricing and previewing for potential buyers they currently represent.
II. All homes represented by Joe Lawlor will be featured with photographs and Virtual tours on the following sites: Realtor.com, Homeseekers.com, Prudential Properties VOW, Zillow.com, Vast Real Estate, HomePages.com & Trulia Real Estate Search.
III. Home to be promoted on Realtor.com where over 90% of buyers currently shop. Property will be promoted to the World Wide Market.
IV. Home to be promoted on local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
V. Home to be exposed to ERA Referral Network which is responsible for sending and receiving thousands of referrals daily, one of which could be a buyer for your home today. Would you appreciate a motivated out of State buyer whose ready, willing & able to purchase your home and less likely to argue over price?
VI. Signage to be installed within 3 days of listing and will include a yardarm sign with Joe’s direct contact information attached.
VII. Email brochure promoting the property sent to 200+ associates within 12 days of listing.
VIII. Will follow up on activity concerning showings and share feedback from other agents directly to home owners.
IX. Will review and advise concerning all contracts and negotiating to the seller’s advantage.
X. Will discuss additional marketing options and pricing every two weeks.
